Fellowship Programmes

A specialized programme for advanced professionals from the public and private sector. Participants engage in a seven-day intensive covering international law theory and its practical application in Pakistan.

Annual Fellowship Programme

Seven-day intensive for senior professionals. Covers the infrastructure of international law including the United Nations system, and its application within the Pakistani legal framework.

International Law & ADR Fellowship

Research-focused fellowship in international law, ADR and arbitration, and law reform. Open to legal researchers and practitioners seeking structured mentorship and research publication support.

Scholarships & Exchange Programmes

Merit-based scholarships and training sponsorship programmes. Exchange partnerships with international universities and legal institutions for eligible candidates.

Eligibility

UTS Eligibility Criteria

he following criteria apply to candidates applying under the University Training Scheme (UTS) and affiliated fellowship tracks.

University Training Scheme (UTS) — Eligibility

Qualification

LLB, LLM, or equivalent law degree from a recognised university

Academic standing

Minimum second-class honours or equivalent GPA of 3.0 / 4.0

Experience

0–3 years post-qualification experience for junior track; 3–7 years for senior track

Nationality

Pakistani national or overseas Pakistani with valid CNIC / NICOP

Language

Proficient in English; written and spoken. Urdu proficiency preferred
 

Research interest

Demonstrated interest in international law, ADR, human rights, or legal reform

Commitment

Availability for full 7-day residential programme duration

References

Two professional or academic references required at application stage

Internships

Internship Programme

Research internship positions in Islamabad and Lahore. Rolling deadline — applications reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Support active research projects across international law, human rights, criminal justice reform, and climate and environment initiatives.
